The intention of Week 2 is to introduce the class to (D) Define and (M)
Measure.
Saturday
Test 1 is due at the beginning of the class.
We will review and discuss Section IV- Define - Teams & Customers and start
Section V- Define - Projects, Tools & Results.
Next, we will have 1/2 of the class presentations of project charters.
Homework is to read Section IV, V, and VI and review the questions at the end
of each section on the green sheets. Study for Test 2.
Sunday
Homework #3 is due.
We will review Test 1 and finish Section V- Define - Projects, Tools & Results.
Next, we will cover
Section VI- Measure - Data & Process Analysis.
Last, we will finish the class presentations of project charters.
Test 2 is take home. Due 8am 2/5.
Homework is to read Section VII and VIII and review the questions at the end
of each section on the green sheets.
Homework #4 is to present your project to the class using the material
that we covered through Section VI. Show usage of at least 3
tools/concepts.
